T-Mobile USA presents new Samsung t249 slider phone

T-Mobile began offering the Samsung t249 today. The device is a very simple feature phone with a slider-form factor. It offers a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth support, an alphanumeric keypad, and a sleek form factor.

The t249 measures 48mm x 99mm x 15.2mm (1.9in x 3.9in x 0.6in) in size and weighs 90g (3.2oz). It comes with a 800mAh battery that’s rated for up to 4.5 hours of talk time or 13 days of standby.

T-Mobile USA is offering the Samsung t249 now for $9.99 with a 2-year contract.
